As a pet project, we developed a website that generates random Azerbaijani proverbs.
The challenge
Sales reps, warehouse and accounting each kept their own spreadsheets; stock numbers never matched.
What we did
We built one system with roles for each team, barcode stock intake and daily reports, hosted on a server we installed in the office.
The result
Stock discrepancies dropped to near zero and month-end closing takes a day instead of a week.
