Corporate e-mail first of all raises how seriously your company is taken. Your clients may simply not take a message seriously when it comes from an address ending in mail.ru or gmail.com.
Some of our competitors love to look like they are giving you a "bargain" by selling the cheapest service on the market. Because they are not transparent with you, they do not tell you that some of these cheap services have no spam protection at all. The result: your e-mails sit in your clients' spam folders. We instead offer several plans to match your needs. If you want to save on the price, you have to give something up, and we tell you exactly what.
We mainly offer e-mail on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, because both services run on strong, trusted IP reputations and your mail does not end up in spam. The advantage of Microsoft is that, depending on the plan, you also get Word, Excel and Teams. The downside is the way images are displayed in mail. Gmail displays images properly and adds Google Drive storage on top, but you do not get Word, Excel or Teams. We discuss all of this with you in detail and define the full package that fits you.
After launch we keep supporting you: opening new mailboxes, closing the accounts of employees who left and archiving their data.
