The challenge
The old site scored 34 on PageSpeed, had no HTTPS and the contact form silently lost enquiries. Management wanted a site that reflects a modern logistics operation and works on warehouse tablets.
What we did
We rebuilt the site with a lightweight PHP structure, self-hosted fonts and compressed images, added a tracked contact flow and moved hosting to a monitored VPS with daily backups.
The result
PageSpeed went from 34 to 100 on mobile, enquiries doubled in the first quarter and the client now edits content without a developer.
